Local Professional Services Company 3 LS Inc. has acquired 5BY5, a digital marketing agency based in Brent Wood.

The terms of the transaction were not revealed in the release.
With this agreement, 40 employees of 5BY5 are now part of a fully employed company that had more than 600 people home before acquisition.
Nash will be based in Nash Will, 3 LS foundation in 2015 and is led by CEO Eric Straikeland. The company provides social services organizations with administrative and consulting services for finance and accounting, human resources, payroll, marketing communication and information technology.
5BY5, which was founded in 2014 and became owned by 30 % of its employee in August 2024, will continue to work under his name. The company recently celebrated its fifth hearing on the 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.

3 LS Straikeland described this acquisition as a “strategic investment in the future development of our professional services division”.
