How will the direct online event work?
Meetings will be using video conferencing tools, co -operation tools (such as group document editing and whiteboarding tools), and social debate tools.
You will be able to use the slack before, during and after the event to participate in social programs and networks with other participants.
What do I need to attend a direct online event?
Interactive with other course participants to participate in direct courses and exercises, you will need:
- A steady fast internet connection to stream audio and video on your computer
- Speaker, a microphone, and a webcam (strictly recommended)
- A computer that does not have a tough firewall that prevents cooperation tools like Marrow and Google Documents.
- Zoom meeting software (Which is free to download and install), or chrome browser
What is the start and closing time of courses?
For this event, each day’s course will continue for 7 hours, including intervals. Start and closing times are as follows:

Do I have to choose my session when I enroll?
Yes This not only accelerates the speed of registration, but also ensures that you will get one seat in your sessions.
Can I get UX certification in this event?
Not yet attend at least 5 courses and pass all 5 exams to get the NN/G UX certificate. You can take 3 courses in this event and the rest in the next event.
How do exams work for UX certification?
You have to sign in at the beginning of the class, and attend all day. At the end of the course every day, online exams will be available for classes of the day. You will be able to log in, pay the exam fee (if you were not already paid when registered), and will take the exam. You can take your exams on the same day, or at any time after the online event.

Is the waiver available?
There is a built -in discount to attend you for each extra day. You can also benefit from the registration discount of our early birds (as pricing on the event’s agenda page is indicated in the matrix).
If I am registered but can’t attend, will I receive a refund?
If you have to cancel after the registration, your registration fee will be refunded less than 20 % handling fee, provided that the cancellation notice is received by June 20, 2025 (US time). After that, no refund will be given, but if we receive a written note from the registered participants by the registered participants to transfer the registration, we will accept the alternative partner. Email Events@nngroup.com With cancellation, replacement, or refund requests.
